- Who am I? I am from San Gabriel Valley, Monterey Park and went to University of California, Irvine. I have been teaching Early Childhood (2-7) in Hong Kong for the past 7 years. I am currently in a Bilingual Immersion school in Putonghua (Mandarin) and English. I do a lot of co-teaching with a Chinese Teacher in the class. This year I was fortunate enough to be the English homeroom teacher teaching different subjects in English. What do I like? Dancing, Eating, Exploring and getting lost. I love to travel, thus, how I’ve ventured to Hong Kong. I have an adventurous taste bud and is always on the search for different type of cuisines. The weirder the better, my favorite fruit is Durian. I have traveled to most parts of Asia and south east asia and has particular interest for third world countries. I am passionate to volunteer in the countries I’ve visited and am open to different recommendations.
